We do not sign up every potential franchisee who applies to us; if we feel the franchise is not right for you, we will say so. We want to ensure that the decision we make is right for us both - after all it is the beginning of a long relationship. Our training programme consists of a careful mix of
classroom and on-the-job training. We want to ensure that
you get our total attention so that when you leave you are
able to “hit the ground running”.
The training programme will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, particularly product and technical knowledge, sales and marketing, systems, administration, including invoicing and invoice payment… in fact, all aspects of running your franchise. Our commitment to understanding technology and how it is changing also means that we are continually learning and we will pass this knowledge on to our franchises through regular training updates. that the livery is delivered to our high standards.
When you become a C&R franchisee, we will provide you with your own local web site and we will train you on all aspects of web site maintenance, ensuring that you are fully servicing all your local consumers’ information requirements.
